1. Who we are

ProfitReps ("we", "us", or "our") is the developer and publisher of the ProfitReps mobile application (the "App") and the website on which this policy is published (the "Website"). If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at leolin1242@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect no personal data. None.

Specifically, the App:

• Does not require or offer user accounts, registration, or sign-in.
• Does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any contact information.
• Does not collect location data.
• Does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or health data.
• Does not contain analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDKs.
• Does not use tracking technologies or device fingerprinting.
• Does not transmit any data from your device to us or to any third party.

In the language of Apple's App Privacy labels, ProfitReps falls under "Data Not Collected."

3. Data stored on your device

To function, the App saves your training data locally on your device using the operating system's app storage. This includes:

• Your training progress, answers, and workout history;
• Your Number Score, per-skill ratings, ranks, streaks, and achievements;
• Business Simulator progress;
• Your preferences and settings (for example, onboarding choices and appearance settings).

This data is stored only on your device. It is never uploaded, synced, or transmitted anywhere. We have no servers, and we have no ability to access, view, or recover this data.

4. How to delete your data

Because all data lives on your device, you are in full control of it:

• Reset within the app: where available, use the in-app reset option to clear your progress; or
• Delete the App: uninstalling ProfitReps permanently removes all of its data from your device.

We cannot delete your data for you — we never had it in the first place.

5. Children's privacy

ProfitReps is not directed at children under 13, and because the App collects no data from anyone, it does not collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and have questions, contact us at the address below.

6. Third-party services

The App does not integrate any third-party services that collect data. It is built with open-source frameworks (such as React Native and Expo modules) that run entirely on-device in our configuration and do not transmit data.

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect information in connection with your download and use of App Store services under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

7. This website

This Website is a static site. It does not set cookies, run analytics, or include tracking of any kind. Our hosting provider may process standard technical server logs (such as IP addresses and request timestamps) as necessary to deliver the site securely; we do not use these logs to identify visitors.

8. Security

Since your data never leaves your device, its security is provided by your device itself — including your passcode, biometric locks, and operating-system protections. We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date.

9. Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA/CPRA (California) give you rights over personal data that companies hold about you — including access, correction, deletion, and portability. Because we do not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, delete, or port. If you believe otherwise or have any privacy concern, contact us and we will respond promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the App handles data — for example, by adding an online feature in a future version — we will update this policy before that change takes effect, revise the effective date above, and describe the new practices clearly. The current version of this policy will always be available at this page.
